The Jury Born in Budapest in 1911, Tamas Banovich is an artist and curator dedicated to exploring the boundaries of art and technology. Most recently he curated “New York Digital” for LIMN Gallery (San Francisco). Other recent exhibitions include “Password: Ferdydurke,” a selection of new multimedia work, and “Can You Digit?,” a collection of digital art, both shows for Postmasters Gallery (New York). For the 1996 Soh0 (New York) Arts Festival he organized a series of digital video jockey performances by Terbo Ted entitled Terboivare. He is a cofounder and member of the Foundation for Digital Culture and has exhibited his own work at venues throughout the world, including the Contemporary Museum (Honolulu), Gallery BWA (IGakow), Postmasters Gallery, Art in General (New York), 3 0j Gallery (New York), and White Columns (New York).
