My Painting and My Dream

This article records the changes that have taken place over the last few years both in the author’s beliefs about artistic creation and in the style of his works. Through an analysis of the content and form of several of his paintings, the author seeks to show how such changes can affect an artist’s form of expression. He believes that his conscious attempt to achieve simplicity in his own work is a reflection of his innate desire to return to human innocence and naiveté.
