Naazneen H. Barma is Assistant Professor of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Her research focuses on the political economy of development and on international interventions in post-conflict states. Barma previously worked at the World Bank on governance and institutional reform in East Asia and the Pacific. She is co-author of Rents to Riches?
