Stephen W. Campbell is a lecturer in the department of history at Cal Poly Pomona. He holds an MA in history from CSU Sacramento and a PhD in history from UC Santa Barbara. He is the author of several peer reviewed articles and most recently of The Bank War and the Partisan Press: Newspapers, Financial Institutions, and the Post Office in Jacksonian America (University Press of Kansas, 2019).

Brett Goodin is an assistant professor at ShanghaiTech University.

Daniel Weeks, PhD, is an assistant research professor and editor at the Thomas A. Edison Papers, Rutgers University. He is the author of Not for Filthy Lucre's Sake: Richard Saltar and the Anti-Proprietary Movement in East New Jersey, 1665–1707 (Lehigh University Press, 2001) and Gateways to Empire: Quebec and New Amsterdam to 1664 (Lehigh University Press, 2019).
