Khadeejah Avvirin Gray

Khadeejah Avvirin Gray holds an MA in American Indian Studies with a concentration in Gender Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Currently, Avvirin is a doctoral student in the department of American Studies and Ethnicity at the University of Southern California. Born and raised in Harlem, New York, Avvirin relocated to Los Angeles in 2012. Her poetry has appeared in Red Ink Magazine. She can be reached at avvirin@gmail.com.
