Abstract:
This paper outlines a method for the exploration of ideals that incorporates the impartial attractiveness test and applies this method to sketch an ideal of justice centered on human dignity and human rights. The starting point is global public political culture. The goal is to articulate a code of justice that has the capacity to inspire, and that can be seen as embedded in the ongoing global movement for justice.
