Contributors EUGENE M. WAITH is Professor of English at Yale Univer­ sity. Professor Waith is the author of two books on heroic drama, The Herculean Hero and Ideas of Greatness, and he has recently written on English comedy. ROBERT E. JUNGMAN is Associate Professor of English at Louisiana Tech University. Professor Jungman has pub­ lished on Medieval and Renaissance literature, including most recently articles on Chaucer in The Philological Quarterly and on Shakespeare in Notes and Queries. THOMAS M. JONES is Professor and Chairman of the De­ partment of History at Lincoln University. Professor Jones has written a book and various articles about Henry II, especially in relationship to Thomas a Becket. He has acted in Shakespearean productions at the summer outdoor theatre at Longwood Gardens. EDWARD CALLAN is Professor of English at Western Mich­ igan University. Professor Callan has published widely on modem literature, including books on W. H. Auden and Alan Paton. His W. B. Yeats: A General Introduction for My Work is scheduled to be published shortly by the Dol­ men Press, Dublin. RENU JUNEJA is Assistant Professor of English at Valparaiso University.
