No. 1. Stephen Bell, photograph of image generated by taking 3D trail data generated by SmaUworld, a series of computer programs . The trail data were used to generate models using the CGAL animation system. The first work is very calm, and each succeeding work shows increasing disorder. The final letter is very disturbed. zyxwvutsrq COLOR PLATE B No. 2. This image was produced using a Targa 16 board; the original image was scanned using an Eikonix 1435 slide scanner, and final output was made using a Matrix QCR film recorder.
