Donald P. Moynihan is Assistant Professor at the Bush School of Government and Public Service, Texas A&M University. He studies the selection and implementation of public management reforms. His work has appeared in a number of journals and edited volumes, including Public Administration Review.

Jennifer Klein is the author of For All These Rights: Business, Labor, and the Shaping of America’s Public Private Welfare State (Princeton University Press). She is Assistant Professor of History at Yale University, and from 2001 to 2003 was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Scholar in Health Policy.

Guian McKee is Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center of Public Affairs. He received a Ph.D. in American History at the University of California, Berkeley, in May 2002. He is currently completing a book on urban liberalism, race, and deindustrialization in post–World War II Philadelphia.

Christopher P. Loss is a doctoral candidate in history and in education at the University of Virginia.
