In commenting on the papers of Kristen Block, Katherine Carté Engel, Jason Opel, Holly Snyder, Jose Torre, and Mark Valeri, this article identifies and discusses trends in recent writings on the connections between economics and morality, and then proposes future approaches to these themes in the study of Early American history.
