This causal-comparative, quasi-experimental study asked the question: In a university library skills credit course, how does a group of traditionally-instructed students compare to a group of web-based instructed students in skills level, satisfaction, and demographics? Analyses of the data suggest that nontraditional students preferred the web format over a traditional course.
