An award-winning trio of speakers has been selected to address ChLA members at the Seventh Annual Conference to be held at Baylor University, Waco, Texas, March 14-16, 1980. Chairman D. The general theme of the meeting will be "Realism and Fantasy in Children's Literature."

In addition to the speakers' talks and the papers presented by individual members, Dr. Hanks and his committee are planning panel discussions on such topics as: "Is It Censorship? you'd like to have discussed by a panel, or if you've a topic you want to hear aired in group discussion, or if you've any idea for the Conference, jot it down and send it to : Tom Hanks, ChLA Conference Chairman, English Dept., Baylor University, Waco, TX 76703. Several of you wrote down ideas for me in Toronto, and some of them are already part of the program. Thank you! And—all members—send more ideas! The more we build your ideas into the program, the better the Seventh Annual ChLA Conference will be. Remember to mark your calendar if you haven't already done so: Seventh Annual ChLA Conference, March 14-16, 1980, Baylor University, Waco, TX. We'll see you there—in the Texas springtime!"

Details of Conference registration will be forthcoming in the fall issue of the Quarterly. [End Page 4]
