Announcement International Kelly Prize in German Political Thought. The Conference for the Study of Political Thought (CSPT) announces the third annual George Armstrong Kelly Prize. The prize will be awarded for the best journal article, or paper of similar length and scope, published in 1992 on the history of eighteenth- and/or nineteenth-century German political thought (including political theory, philosophy, etc.). This is an international prize: entries will be accepted from any country, although the articles must be in French, German, English, or Spanish. Individual authors are encouraged to submit their own work for consideration for the prize. Others are invited to nominate possible candidates for the prize. The deadline for submissions of 1992 articles for the prize is November 2o, 1993.
