This study examined 102 African-American female college students''involvement in the African-American Greek-letter organization, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.(DST), and its impact on their college experience and participation in mentoring relationships. The study took place on five four-year college campuses (two Historically Black and three Historically White Colleges and Universities) in the southeast part of the United States.
