The influence of student-faculty interactions on the academic achievement of Latina/o
college students is examined using a national cross-sectional sample of 836 students (36,
1% men, 63, 9% women). Students" college grades were regressed onto college and
student variables, and a variety of student-faculty interactions. Academically related and
