Dennis Plaisted, Ph.D., J.D., is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His current research focuses on issues lying at the intersection of applied ethics and theology.

Patrick McCruden, D.Be., M.T.S., M.A., is Vice President of Mission and Ethics with the Mercy Health Ministry in St. Louis, MO. His research interests include both clinical and organizational ethics within the context of the Catholic health ministry. He has published in the areas of informed consent, beginning of life issues, mission leadership, and organizational ethics. He holds an M.T.S. from Catholic Theological Union and an M.A. and D.Be. from Loyola University Chicago.

D. Robert MacDougall, Ph.D., is a post-doctoral fellow with Novel Tech Ethics at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Kevin E. Hodges studied biology and philosophy at the University of Notre Dame and is currently enrolled at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He looks forward to pursuing a career in medicine and ethics.

Daniel P. Sulmasy, Ph.D., M.D., is the Kilbride-Clinton Professor of Medicine and Ethics in the Department of Medicine and the Divinity School at the University of Chicago, where he serves as Associate Director of the MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics and co-Director of the Program on Medicine and Religion.
