The journal’s interdisciplinary approach includes work on the arts, religions, cultures, histories, and literatures of the Mediterranean world. Contributors come from a wide range of backgrounds, including archeology, English, Jewish studies, history, comparative literature, medieval studies, religion, and art history. Such varied and rich contributions make for vibrant conversations across several disciplines.
