In this Issue
Sungkyun Journal of East Asian Studies (SJEAS), published since 2001 by the Academy of East Asian Studies (AEAS) at Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, Korea, is an international double-blind peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal dedicated to East Asian Studies. Appearing biannually in April and October, SJEAS promotes interdisciplinary research related to the region of East Asia, irrespective of period, publishing both articles that stay within traditional disciplinary or regional boundaries, and works that explore the commonalities and contrasts found in East Asian countries or take an interdisciplinary approach.
