In lieu of an abstract, here is a brief excerpt of the content:

Time and Tide, 16 (23 Feb 1935) 272

Sir, – Mr. Milne has begun to formulate the differences between him and myself. He believes that it is “simpler” to stop war than to stop conflicts between nations; 1 I believe that there is more hope of preventing the causes of conflict than of stopping war so long as the conflicts continue. That is one point; and Mr. Milne and I hold contradictory views. Second, Mr. Milne and I dislike war for different reasons: I adopt an explicitly Christian view, and Mr. Milne is explicitly non-committal. Third, Mr. Milne believes that analogies from conflicts between individuals prove something about conflicts between nations; and I do not. 2
