Victor Hugo Acosta “El Cordobés” On September 16, 2006, the Commission of Neighborhoods for Remembrance and Justice dedicated a paving stone to Victor Hugo Acosta in front of the house where he lived and where he was kidnapped on September 16, 1977 . Victor Hugo was twenty-seven years old, worked at the Stock Exchange, and studied psychology . He was seen in the Clandestine Detention Center known as the Club Atlético (see p. 129). LOCATION: GUARDIA VIEJA 4572, ALMAGRO 75. Miguel Arcuschin – Noemí Jansenson Miguel and Noemí were kidnapped on September 13, 1976, by a group of men in civilian clothes who burst into their home. The couple had been students at the Carlos Pellegrini Advanced School of Commerce (see p. 61). They had married on December 22, 1975, and Noemí was three months pregnant.
