Gregory Orfalea Gregory Orfalea is the author of The Arab Americans: A History and several other books, including two poetry collections. “Difficult, playful, seeming to move at times to the very edge of speech,” his poems “escape the silence of history.” Orfalea is also coeditor of the groundbreaking anthology Grape Leaves: A Century of Arab American Poetry.
