227 Appendix B Sample Agreement Form Memorandum of Understanding (ASL rendition available prior to affixing signatures) This memorandum of understanding is made on ______________ between the University of North Florida’s Interpreter Education Program, ServiceLearning faculty and students, and the Jacksonville Deaf Club (JDC). For our purposes, this is not a legal agreement but a documentation of our understanding of the current action plan we are pursuing. The objectives of this agreement are the current priorities of the JDC to introduce the community to certified deaf interpreters (CDIs), improve confidence and pride in Deaf adolescents through theatre, assist parents in communicating with their deaf children, and provide social activities for isolated deaf children.
