Professor Cosens is a former Assistant Professor in the Environmental Studies Program at San Francisco State University, a former mediator for the Walker River,andformerlegalcounselfortheMontanaReservedWaterRightsCompact Commission. Professor Cosens earned her LLM from the Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College; her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law; her MS in Geology from the University of Washington; and her BS in Geology from the University of California, Davis. Judith V. Royster, Professor and Chapman Chair in Law, and Co-Director, Native American Law Center, University of Tulsa College of Law. Professor Royster is the coauthor of Native American Natural Resources Law: Cases and Materials (with Michael C.
