Heidegger’s Works Throughout the volume, the following abbreviations are used for Heidegger’s works. A slash separates the German edition from its English translation (if any). Unless otherwise noted, all references are to the German editions. When references to the page numbers of German editions are followed by a slash and another number, the latter refers to the English translations listed below. In a few cases, when there are two English translations listed below, references to the page numbers of German editions are followed by two slashes and two numbers, which refer to the two English translations listed below.
