Inscription: Warning to Thieves

This short inscription from Choeung Ek Monastery in Kandal province, slightly more than a mile north of the contemporary Choeung Ek "Killing Fields" memorial, records the seventh- or eighth-century founding of a Shaivite temple along with a stern warning to any vandals who might steal or disturb what has been donated to it. tw
