James Ramsey

James Ramsey worked a variety of jobs including construction worker, librarian, mail carrier, disability evaluator, auditor, and fraud investigator before turning to his life's unfulfilled goal of writing creatively. In 2020, he was invited by Arc Poetry Magazine of Canada to participate in online mentoring in its Poet in Residency program. Also that year, his first published poem appeared in Broad River Review, where in 2019 he was a finalist for the Rash Poetry Award.
