Supunmali Ahangama received her Ph.D. in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. She is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Her research interests are in the areas of data science, design science, and health analytics, among others. She has presented her work and served as a reviewer in numerous top-tier forums including International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS), Workshop on Information Technologies and Systems (WITS), and HCI International.

Satish Krishnan received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. He is an Associate Professor in the Information Systems Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. His research includes e-government, e-business, virtual social networks, technostress, cyberloafing, and cyberbullying. He has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Information and Management, Journal of Association for Information Science and Technology, International Journal of Information Management, Computers in Human Behavior, Human Resource Development Review, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, and e-Service Journal. He is on the editorial boards of Internet Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Computers in Human Behavior. He is the winner of the Outstanding Associate Editor Award for the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2017 and 2019.

Rangarajan Parthasarathy has received a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science, MBA in Information Technology Management, and MS in Industrial Engineering. His research interests include cybersecurity, IS/IT implementation/adoption/use, health information technology, and innovation. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Anuradha Rangarajan has received a Ph.D. in Technology Management, and MS degrees in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science. Her research interests include health information technology, data analytics applications in IS/IT, cybersecurity, and knowledge management.

Monica J. Garfield is Professor in Computer Information Systems at Bentley University, Waltham, MA USA. Her research focuses on the use of IT to enhance team formation, digital transformation, and knowledge creation in the health-care industry. Her current work aims to use data and IT to improve society and reduce homelessness. She has produced over 100 research articles, book chapters and conference presentations. Her work has been published in MISQ, JMIS, and CACM among other outlets. She is the international coordinator for the IS Ph.D. program in Addis Ababa University Ethiopia, the Vice President of Region 1 for the Association for Information Systems (AIS). She teaches in the Ph.D., MBA, and MS programs at Bentley University covering database topics as well as the strategic management of IT. She holds an A.B. from Vassar College, an M.B.A. and M.S. from Boston University, and a Ph.D. in MIS from the University of Georgia.
