CRIPTECH INCUBATOR LEADERS ON DISABILITIES VISIBILITIES

The host of the Disabilities Visibilities project Alice Wong interviews Leonardo’s Access, Equity and Inclusion coordinator Lindsey D. Felt and Senior Program Manager Vanessa Chang. Lindsey and Vanessa curated Recoding CripTech, a multidisciplinary art exhibition at SOMArts Cultural Center in San Francisco in early 2020 and are leading the Leo nardo CripTech Incubator, a three-year arts incubator funded by the California Arts Council. In this podcast they discuss how their collaboration and friendship started, what it was like curating this exhibit, some of the disabled artists that were part of the exhibit, and why CripTech, disability culture and accessibility are more important than ever in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
