Will Brockliss is Associate Professor of Classics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is the author of Homeric Imagery and the Natural Environment (Cambridge, MA, 2019) and articles on ecology, environments, human bodies, and monstrosity. He is currently working on a book on horror in ancient epic, as well as projects on the materialisms of early Greek poetry.
Simona Martorana is a Ph.D. Candidate in Classics at Durham University, England. She has published several articles on Latin poetry and medieval Latin philology. Her current research interests range from Ovidian poetry and Senecan drama to aspects of the reception of classical texts in the Middle Ages. Her coedited volume, Body and Medicine in Latin Poetry, is forthcoming in early 2022 with De Gruyter.
Erika L. Weiberg is Assistant Professor of Classical Studies at Duke University. She researches and teaches Greek and Latin language and literature, with a focus on gender and sexuality, and theory and reception. She has published several articles on Greek tragedy and is currently completing a book on the performance of women's emotional pain in Greek tragedies about homecoming.
