Amir H. Zadeh is an associate professor of information systems at Wright State University. He received his Ph.D. in management science and information systems from Oklahoma State University. His research interests are in business analytics, machine learning, big data, decision support, and enterprise systems and applications. His research works have appeared in journals such as Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, Information Systems Frontiers, Journal of Business Analytics, among others. He is the recipient of the 2020 Operations Research Society (OR) Award, the Ranyard Medal, for the Best Paper published in the Journal of Business Analytics.

Anand Jeyaraj is a professor of information systems in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University and holds a Ph.D. in business administration with emphasis in information systems. His research interests include the diffusion and adoption of information systems; success and payoff of information systems; and methodologies. His research has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Management Science, Information & Management, International Journal of Information Management, Communications of the ACM, and Journal of Information Technology.

David Biros is an associate professor of management science and information systems and Fleming Chair of information technology management at Oklahoma State University. A retired lieutenant colonel of the United States Air Force, his last assignment was as chief information assurance officer for the AF-CIO. His research interests include deception detection, insider threat, information system [End Page 65] trust, and ethics in information technology. He has published in MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Group Decision and Negotiation, MISQ Executive, Journal of Digital Forensics Security and Law, and other journals and conference proceedings.

Stefan Cronholm is a professor in informatics. He specializes in design science research, evaluation of information systems, information systems development methods, IT service management, requirement specification, and qualitative research approaches.

Stefan Cronholm has published more than 100 scientific papers and a vast range of pedagogical material. He is the head of the research group InnovationLab. Besides doing research, Stefan Cronholm is engaged in the graduate and undergraduate education programs as a supervisor and lecturer. He has supervised more than 100 masters and bachelor theses.

Leif Andersson is a specialist in IT service management and processes in the IT-Management area with experience from business and public organizations, as well as academic research projects. Leif have participated in research projects in the area of data-driven innovation for the last 10 years.

Leif has published several articles and whitepapers in IT service management together with well renowned organizations such as Axelos and ITSM Tools and is a lecturer at the University of Boras. [End Page 66]
