I make toilet paper rollrocket ships with the kids.We use orange and red tissuefor flame expulsion,white paper to wrap the body,and Crayola to stain markings.
We place star stickers all over.
I tell them when it's timeto put the pieces together,come see me at the front deskso we can use the stapler.
I write on the example,U.S.A. followed by my name.
One boy with doe eyesand matted dreadswrites on his,I love you mama.
They tie strings to fly them like kites.I tell them these aren't meant for that.Ignoring my warning,they drag them across the groundand run and run. [End Page 8]
