Angel Trazo

Born and raised in the Bay Area and the child of Filipino immigrants, ANGEL TRAZO (she/her) is an artist and scholar currently pursuing her PhD in Cultural Studies at UC Davis. She recently received her MA in Asian American Studies from UCLA and wrote her thesis on the role of boba in Asian American youth culture. She is also the author and illustrator of the children's book We Are Inspiring: The Stories of 32 Inspirational Asian American Women (BookBaby, 2019). Angel loves taking notes at events and conferences and often works as a "Graphic Facilitator"/"Visual Notetaker."
