Their conversation focuses on what it means and has meant to be a Native American scholar in the field of medieval studies, their hope and concerns for the Indigenous turn, and what interested them in medieval studies to begin with. Most important, Andrews and Cleaves discuss how their Native communities impact their medieval scholarship.
