Dr. Richa Misra is working as an Associate Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. She has done her Doctorate in Management from Amity University. She has more than eighteen years of teaching experience in the field of IT and Decision Science. Her research papers and cases have been published in various Scopus indexed journals like British Food Journal, International Journal of Management Education, Elsevier, On the horizon Emerald, International Journal of Logistics and Economics, Journal of Information and Organizational Science, International Journal of Product Development. She has also presented her Cases and Research in various international conferences and forums. She has imparted training in various organizations in the areas of IT Security, Qualitative and Quantitative research methods, Data analysis and decision making.

Nidhi Singh is Assistant Professor and Dean (Students Affairs) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. She is an active researcher enrolled with IP University, Delhi. She has qualified UGC Net also. Dr. Sagnika Sen is an Associate Professor of Information Systems in the School of Graduate Professional Studies at Pennsylvania State University. She received her Ph.D. from Arizona State University. Her research focuses on process performance, metrics and incentive design in organizations, mainly the design of effective decision-making frameworks and the use of data-driven decision models to obtain analytical insights on processes and performance measures. She has published in top academic journals in the field of Information Systems such as Information Systems Research and Journal of Management Information Systems.
