Prasad S Rudramuniyaiah is an Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems and Analytics at University of Central Missouri. He earned is PhD in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. His research interests are in the areas of knowledge management, business analytics and health-care information systems. He has published in Information Systems Frontiers and Communications of the Association for Information Systems (CAIS) and leading IS conferences. He serves as a member of the editorial review board for the Journal of Global Information Technology Management.

Kailash Joshi is a Professor of Information Systems at University of Missouri-St Louis. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington. He has published in MIS Quarterly, Journal of Information Technology, Decision Sciences, Information Systems Journal, IEEE Engineering Transactions and other journals. He also serves as the Senior Associate Editor of JITCAR.

Vishal Shah is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Central Michigan University. His research interests include IS pedagogy, social media, IT and learning, game-based learning, telemedicine, and knowledge management. He has published in leading IS conferences such as Americas Conference on Information Systems, International Association for Computer and Information Systems, and Annual Meeting of the Decision Science Institute. His research has also appeared in the Journal of Information Systems Education. Sam Ramaujan is a Professor of Computer Information Systems and Analytics at the University of Central Missouri. His has teaching and research interest in advanced OO programming and Software Engineering, Legal issues in IT, big data architecture and visual analytics. His academic experience is complemented by significant industry experience in developing and deploying complex systems. Dr. Ramanujan has published in several journals such as Journal of Software and Systems, Omega, Journal of Global Information Systems, Journal of Systems and Information Technology and Issues in Information Systems.

Anupriya Khan is a doctoral student in the Information Systems Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. Her research includes e-government, Information Systems adoption and diffusion, and social media. She has published in esteemed journals such as International Journal of Information Management and e-Service Journal and preeminent conferences, including International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS), International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP), and ACM SIGMIS CPR Conference. She has served as a reviewer in journals and conferences such as Information and Management, International Journal of Information Management, Government Information Quarterly, Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Conference, ICIS, PACIS, IFIP, and ACM SIGMIS CPR Conference. She received the Best Reviewer Award for Technology and Innovation Management Division at AOM Annual Conference, Boston, Massachusetts, 2019.

Satish Krishnan received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. He is an Associate Professor in the Information Systems Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. His research includes e-government, e-business, virtual social networks, technostress, cyberloafing, and cyberbullying. He has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Information and Management, Journal of Association for Information Science and Technology, International Journal of Information Management, and Computers in Human Behavior, among others. He is on the editorial boards of Internet Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Computers in Human Behavior. He is the winner of the Outstanding Associate Editor Award for the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2017 and 2019.

Rishikesh Jena received his Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas (Sam M. Walton College of Business) before arriving at the University of Alabama. As a doctoral student, he was the recipient of the prestigious Doctoral Academy Fellowship, given to the best and brightest of incoming Ph.D. students. Before pursuing Ph.D., he has consulted numerous organizations in building mission-critical, scalable and robust enterprise applications. He has held various technical leadership positions in mentoring developer teams in the Art & Science of enterprise software development.
