Originally written as three loosely related chronciles—"Between the containment and confinement of body-territories," "The 'other' country that cannot stop," and "The day that fiction overcame reality and confused the truth"—in this essay the author uses the concepts of body-territory, seclusion, and territorial containment to offer a geographic analysis of the Covid-19 pandemic from a Brazilian/Latin American perspective.
