478 NOTES ON CONTRIBUTORS Essayists Sister Diana Marie Shaw received her PhD, as Amanda Shaw, from the University of Notre Dame. She is now a member of the Dominican order of cloistered nuns at the Monastery of Our Lady of the Rosary in Buffalo, New York. Dwight A. Lindley III received his PhD from the University of Dallas in 2011 and is Assistant Professor of English at Hillsdale College. His research interests include Victorian and Edwardian literature, lyric poetry, formalist poetics, political philosophy, ethics, epistemology, and theology. Katy Wright-Bushman is a PhD candidate at the University of Notre Dame specializing in Middle English literature. Her dissertation, "Reading Lyric before Lyric;'examines late medieval English religious poetry in the context of evolving reading and religious practices, and her interests extend from medieval to Reformation era literature and to issues of historiography and periodization. Katy served as Religion & Literature's managing editor and contributes to the Mellon Initiative on Religion across the Disciplines. Ann F. Howey is Associate Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada where she teaches courses in young people's literature, Arthurian literature, and speculative fiction. She has published articles and books on twentieth-century Arthurian fantasy, as well as two earlier articles on Anne ofGreen Gables: "She look'd down to Camelot': Anne Shirley,Sullivan and the Lady of Shalott" and "Reading Elaine: Marjorie Richardson's and 1. M. Montgomery's Red-haired Lily Maids:' Harold K. Bush is Professor of English at Saint Louis University and author most recently of Lincoln in His Own Time (2012, University of Iowa Press). He is completing work on a book titled Continuing Bonds: Parental Grief and Nineteenth-Century American Authorship, forthcoming in 2014. Poets Sara Burant's first collection, Verge, was published by Finishing Line Press this year. Her poems have appeared in The Atlanta Review, The Comstock CHRISTIANITY AND LITERATURE 479 Review, Prairie Schooner, and Poetry East, among other journals. She lives in Eugene, Oregon. Valerie Wohlfe1d'smost recent bookofpoetryis Woman with Wing Removed (Truman State University Press, 2010). Her first collection, Thinking the World Visible, won the Yale Younger Poets Prize (Yale University Press, 1994). She holds an MFA from Vermont College. Devon Miller-Duggan has had poems in Rattle, Shenandoah, Margie, Christianity and Literature, The Indiana Review, Harpur Palate, and The Hollins Critic. She teaches for the Department of English at the University of Delaware. Her first book, Pinning the Bird to the Wall appeared from Tres Chicas Books in November 2008. Richard Cole is the author of two books of poetry, The Glass Children and Success Stories. He has recently completed a memoir, I Have Wonderful News: A Catholic Conversion. ...
