A first-person analysis of the commissioning and touring life of Deborah Pearson's show History History History, examining the ways in which contemporary events in the news, particularly the refugee crisis and immigration, impacted European programmers' and commissioners' interest in Pearson's touring performance about her family immigrating as refugees to Canada from Hungary in 1956.
