Adlerian Personality Priority Assessment: A Psychometric Evaluation

Adlerian Personality Priorities provide a snapshot of a client's worldview: how one views self, others, and the world. The Adlerian Personality Priority Assessment is an assessment tool for understanding a client's top priority. We examined the psycho-metric properties of the APPA with a sample of adults (N = 1,019), using Amazon Mechanical Turk to further explore its psychometric properties. The results provided evidence for an 18-item, four-factor solution and added to the reliability and validity of the instrument. We also discuss findings and future research directions.
