In the Acknowledgements section at the bottom of page 261, it was incorrectly stated that "M. R. Hoffarth was supported by he National Science Foundation." Although he was funded by the National Science Foundation for a different line of research when the manuscript was accepted for publication, the data collection was not funded by the National Science Foundation and should not have been acknowledged as a funding source.
