ABSTRACT:
Eight contributors reflect on the challenges and possibilities of archiving and recovering anarchist literature, practice, and thought in the United States. Their reflections show how recovering and researching anarchist periodicals intersects with broader concerns in archival practices and activism. The material and economic conditions under which most archives operate can have a direct impact on the research approaches to anarchism in the United States.
