Abstract

Abstract:

This article describes microresilience, a pragmatic tactic for generating community-oriented change, while narrating the development of two institutional initiatives: Long Night against Procrastination and an interdisciplinary dissertation workshop. The authors argue that microresiliency involves starting small and scaling up, thus providing a means by which to move slowly towards cultural change.
