Journal of Chinese Religions 39 (2011) v From the Editor This past April, the Society for the Study of Chinese Religions signed a contract with Maney Publishing to publish the Journal of Chinese Religions beginning in January of 2013.With this issue and the next (numbers 39 [2011] and 40 [2012]), the Journal of Chinese Religions will be publishing its last two annual volumes independently. Next year, numbers 41.1 and 41.2 will be published by Maney Publishing, with the Society for the Study of Chinese Religions retaining editorial control, and the University of California continuing to provide some support for editorial functions.
