Abstract:
As cyberattacks become more commonplace, a growing number of state actors are developing offensive cybercapabilities. This article examines Poland as a case study of a country that is developing second-generation strategic cybersecurity documents. The Polish government adopted for the years 2017–2022 the National Cybersecurity Policy Framework of Poland, which aims at holistically covering cybersecurity issues.
