Abstract:
We examined the relationship between personality priorities and wellness levels of counselors-in-training (N = 237). The findings from a standard multiple linear regression analysis indicated the Adlerian Personality Priority Assessment subscales pleasing and control as predictive of the perceived levels of wellness in counselors-in-training. We discuss the results, limitations, and future research directions of this study.
