ABSTRACT:
This paper offers a reassessment of Ernest Hemingway's writing as a war correspondent, from his coverage of the Greco-Turkish War in 1922-1923 through World War II, with emphasis on his use of fictional techniques and with special attention to the feature articles he and Martha Gellhorn wrote for Collier's magazine in 1944.
