Editor's Note

This issue centers on a Forum, "Materials and Methods in Native American and Indigenous Studies," that is jointly published with Early American Literature. The Forum consists of an introductory essay and seven articles, three of which are published in EAL and four in the WMQ. The introduction appears in both journals.

More specifically, in this issue of the WMQ, you will find articles by David A. Chang, Lisa Brooks, Alejandra Dubcovsky, and Christian Ayne Crouch, all of which are framed via an introductory essay by Alyssa Mt. Pleasant, Caroline Wigginton, and Kelly Wisecup. The other half of the Forum can be found in EAL, volume 53, number 2 (2018):
