Suzanne Bailey is a professor of English Literature at Trent University in Peterborough, Canada. She is the author of Cognitive Style and Perceptual Difference in Browning's Poetry (2010) and the senior editor of P. K. Page's Brazilian Journal (2011). She has published on nineteenth-century intellectual history in Victorian Poetry, Victorian Studies, Photography and Culture, Women's Writing, and other journals. Her work on Canadian travel writing and poetry appears in Mosaic, University of Toronto Quarterly, Canadian Literature, and Canadian Poetry.

Florence Boos is a professor of English at the University of Iowa. She has recently published History and Poetics in the Early Writings of William Morris, and her Memoirs of Victorian Working-Class Women: The Hard Way Up and a revised edition of Morris's Socialist Diary are forthcoming in 2018.

Indy Clark teaches at the University of Queensland, Australia. His doctoral thesis on Hardy's poetry received the University of Queensland Dean's Award for Research Higher Degree Excellence. His publications include Thomas Hardy's Pastoral: An Unkindly May (Palgrave Macmillan 2015), "Imagined Villages and Knowable Communities: Work and the Pastoral in Thomas Hardy's Poetry" in Pockets of Change (2011), and articles for the Hardy Society Journal and Colloquy.

Mariaconcetta Costantini is a professor of English literature at G. d'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy). Her research mainly focuses on Victorian sensation fiction and Gothic literature and poetry, with special attention for such poets as G. M. Hopkins, Christina Rossetti, and Thomas Hardy. Besides editing various critical collections, she has authored numerous book chapters and articles, and she has published five monographs, including Sensation and Professionalism in the Victorian Novel (2015).

Adrian Grafe is an Oxford graduate, a fellow of the English Association, and currently an English professor at Université d'Artois in France, specialising in poetry. He has published monographs on Hopkins and Emily Dickinson, and articles on poets including Hopkins, Hardy, Patmore, and Dowson. He co-edits the book review section of Hopkins Quarterly.

Emily Harrington is an associate professor of English at the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to articles on Victorian poetry and poetics and on [End Page 421] women's poetry in Victorian Poetry, Victorian Studies, Literature Compass, Nineteenth-Century Literature, and the Oxford Handbook on Victorian Poetry, she is the author of Second Person Singular: Late Victorian Woman Poets and the Bonds of Verse (Virginia 2014).

Susanne Hillman obtained her PhD in modern European history from UC San Diego. Her work has been published in a variety of academic journals including German Studies Review, Journal of the History of Ideas, Cahiers Staëliens, Parish Review, and Celebrity Studies. Her eclectic research interests include European intellectual history and literature, digital humanities, and comparative genocide studies. Hillman currently works as an adjunct lecturer in history at UC San Diego and San Diego State University and is completing a master's in comparative literature at SDSU.

Linda K. Hughes, the Addie Levy Professor of Literature at TCU, specializes in historical media studies (poetry, periodicals, serial fiction); gender and women's studies; and transnationality. The author of Graham R.: Rosamund Marriott Watson, Woman of Letters (2005) and The Cambridge Introduction to Victorian Poetry (2010), she is also the editor of the forthcoming Cambridge Companion to Victorian Women's Poetry (Cambridge UP, 2018).

Albert D. Pionke is a professor of English at the University of Alabama. He is the author of Plots of Opportunity: Representing Conspiracy in Victorian England and The Ritual Culture of Victorian Professionals: Competing for Ceremonial Status, 1838–1877, the co-editor of Victorian Secrecy: Economies of Knowledge and Concealment and Thomas Carlyle and the Idea of Influence, and the principal investigator of Mill Marginalia Online.

Beverly Taylor is a professor of English at UNC Chapel Hill and the coeditor of three volumes of the Pickering & Chatto Works of Elizabeth Barrett Browning. She has coedited an edition of EBB's poems with Marjorie Stone for Broadview Press and has just completed a manuscript on Barrett Browning.
