Abstract:
Albert Ellis, the creator of rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) wrote that he was profoundly influenced by the ideas of Alfred Adler in designing his approach to psychotherapy. This article briefly describes REBT and the essential similarities and differences with Adlerian psychology, or Individual Psychology.
