Ocean does to broken glasswhat memory does to image,each sharp rainbow shardsoft-focused, till handlingleaves no cuts—blond childwaving at water like a friendshe doesn’t know she won’t see again.
It’s all too brief this joy.She won’t find methe way water falls into place—
